Founded by young Batswana professionals who returned home after studying at leading universities, the company brings hands-on mining experience to slope support, ground stability and civil delivery.

Ironbase was founded by young Batswana professionals—recipients of the Botswana Top Achievers Scholarship—who studied at leading universities and returned home to advance Botswana’s mining and civil engineering sectors. The four directors bring more than five years of hands-on experience leading high-risk, specialised ground-support work.
