News & community impact

Building stronger communities around every project.

At IRONBASE, Corporate Social Investment brings together the voluntary initiatives we undertake to operate in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable manner. This commitment helps us manage social risk and turn our vision and mission into meaningful community development and philanthropic action across our Zone of Influence.

Our CSI approach

Needs-led planning

We conduct thorough needs assessments to identify the social, environmental and economic challenges facing communities within our operations’ Zone of Influence.

Stakeholder engagement

We engage local government officials, community leaders, non-governmental organisations and residents to understand their priorities, concerns and aspirations.
